General Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

  • You may book your accommodation for the 2026 ACM SIGMOD/PODS Conference, to be held in Bengaluru, India, on May 31 - June 05, 2026. 

  • The room rates are on per room per night basis and non-cumulative.

  • The above mentioned rates are only valid, if booked through conference secretariat and 2026 ACM SIGMOD/PODS Conference website

  • The mentioned rates includes all costs and is inclusive of buffet breakfast at designated restaurant.

  • Confirm room booking is possible against 100% advance only.

  • The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.

  • Room check-in 1400hrs and check-out 1200hrs. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.

  • In case of late check out , full night charges will be applicable and will be subject to availability. 

  • Maximum 01 or 02 Guests per room is allowed as per occupancy reserved.

  • Additional Bed or Mattress will be chargeable.

  • Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
