Accompanying Person

  • Accompanying person information is collected solely for logistical and planning purposes.
  • An accompanying person may attend ONLY the conference banquet by purchasing an additional ticket. 
  • Paid child-care facilities are available at the venue for children up to 6 years of age, but this facility will have to be booked in advance.
  • The portal for booking of child-care and/or purchase of banquet tickets will be operational by April 1, 2026.

Registration Policy

  • Registration will be considered complete only upon successful submission of the form.

  • Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information. The organizers will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by the delegate.

  • Only registered participants will be granted entry to the conference. The organizers reserve the right to verify identity at the venue.

  • For full conference registrants, a single banquet ticket is included in the delegate registration fee.

  • Workshop-Only Registration does not include access to the banquet or any conference sessions.

  • Access to the conference for accompanying persons is limited to the conference banquet, and would require purchase of additional tickets.

  • By registering, participants consent to the use of event photographs/videos for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes.

  • The information collected during registration will be strictly used only for conference purposes.  Further, if necessary for event execution, such data may be shared on a limited-purpose basis with authorized conference partners, service providers, and government authorities.

  • Registrants acknowledge and agree to comply with the ACM Privacy Policy (https://www.acm.org/about-acm/privacy-policy) and the ACM Policy Against Harassment (https://www.acm.org/about-acm/policy-against-harassment).

  • In all registration-related matters, the decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of registration cancellation within March 31, 2026, a full refund minus administrative processing charges will be given.

  • For any cancellations received between April 1, 2026 and  April 30, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50%  will be levied in addition to the administrative processing charges.

  • No refund will be given for any cancellations made after April 30, 2026.

  • If a registration has to be cancelled due to non-receipt of travel-related approvals from the Indian government, despite having made documented efforts within April 15, 2026, to secure these official permits, then a full refund will be provided.
