Group Registrations

 

Gather your colleagues or peers for attending Safety 2024 and enjoy special discounts on bulk registrations. A discount of 10% and 15% (on applicable registration category) can be availed for a group between 5 to 15 people and 16 people or above, respectively.

Kindly read the below instructions carefully, before you proceed with the group registration.

  • Kindly choose the applicable button under "Attendee group size".
  • Kindly check the box of "I will not be attending the conference but I am paying for the Group Members" if you are the Group Contact and not attending the conference. 
  • Fill up the details of Group Contact.
  • If you are the main contact for this group registration in addition to attending the conference, please select the number of participants in the "GROUP SIZE" field below and complete your registration within SN 1, before registering for the subsequent participants.
  • Fill in the fields “First Name” and “Last Name” of all the group participants (as per size selected) before clicking “NEXT”.
  • Provide the first participant's details.
  • After you finish with the first participant's information, you will be directed to the summary page. Please click on the “Register” tab next to each participant to fill the details of the group and complete the registration process.
  • After you fill in every participant's registration details, you may proceed to the payment by clicking on "NEXT" and make the payment.
  • The registration details of all the participants must be entered and submitted in one go.

Summary

Cancellation / Refund Policy and General Guidelines for SAFETY 2024 Conference:-
 

- Cancellation received on or before: 1st July 2024 - 50% of registration amount
- Cancellation received on or before: 1st August 2024 - 25% of registration amount
- Cancellation received after Midnight of 1st August 2024 - No refund
- Please send a registration cancellation request to the secretariat email at "registration_safety2024@ia-meetings.com".
- The cancellation request will be considered as per policy. Payment shall be refunded after 30 days from last day of the conference.
- Regarding the cancellation of registration and for a refund, please email us at "registration_safety2024@ia-meetings.com".
- Conference registration is mandatory for all the delegates to attend the conference.
- All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
- Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the Conference account.
- All date and time mentioned and considered in Indian Standard Time (IST) only.
