Terms and Conditions
The PLA2024India in-Person Pass provides access to:
* All Plenary sessions, including sharing of presentations material
* All workshop sessions at your election (no previous commitment required) Exhibition Hall
* All networking sessions including food & drinks (coffee and lunch breaks along the 2 days)
* Welcome Cocktail session on the first evening
* PLA® Event Application for planning your agenda, placing questions in the sessions, voting in polls, commenting, and sharing your thoughts with the audience
*Certificate of Attendance on request
* In-person passes are subject to approval by NL42 Consulting S.L. (organiser of PLA® Conferences)
* Visitor passes are intended solely for industry professionals coming from companies that own laboratory/ies.
* Delegates passes are intended for consultants, delegates from commercial companies not sponsoring the event and extra passes for delegates sponsoring the event.
Cancellation Policy
The in-person passes are personal. However, if you are unable to attend at the time of the event, your pass can be transferred to another person from your company. The information about the new person must be facilitated one week before the event.
