Summary

General Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

  • You may book your accommodation for the MPS 2024 General Meeting from September 22, 2024 – September 27, 2024. However, to facilitate the stay of participants interested in the Asian Liberty Forum (pre-conference) and extending their stay, the booking portal is available from September 17, 2024 to September 28, 2024. 

  • The room rates are on per room per night basis and non-cumulative.

  • The above mentioned rates are only valid, if booked through conference secretariat and MPS 2024 website.

  • The mentioned rates includes all costs and is inclusive of buffet breakfast at designated restaurant.

  • Confirm room booking is possible against 100% advance only.

  • The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.

  • Room check-in 1400hrs and check-out 1200hrs. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.

  • In case of late check out , full night charges will be applicable and will be subject to availability. 

  • Maximum 01 or 02 Guests per room is allowed as per occupancy reserved.

  • Additional Bed or Mattress will be chargeable.

  • Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation

  • Free cancellations up to 72 hours prior to check-in, i.e., by 19 September 2024, 23:59 hrs. if check is on the 22 September 2024.
  • One night’s retention charge will be applicable if cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in.
  • In case of no-show or cancellations received within 1 day of the check-in date, 100% of accommodation charges will be applied.
