IVBDC 2023-Group Registration

Kindly read the below instructions carefully, before you proceed for the group registration.

Please select the number of registrations you want in the "Group size" dropdown (1 to 10).
Before clicking "NEXT", please fill in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields.
Click "NEXT" after providing information for the first attendee under "Additional Information".
Once you are done with the first attendee, please go to the summary page. Click the "Register" tab available next to each attendee to complete registration.
For over 10 attendee registrations, please log in again and repeat the process.

Request for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat no later as follows:

Refund Schedule:

1. Cancellation before/on 15 October 2023: Refund 50% deduction for administrative purposes

2. Cancellation after 15 October 2023: Refund with 30% deduction for administrative purposes

All refunds will be processed after the conference

No refunds for cancellation will be given after 20 October 2023

Replacement of participants will be accepted at no extra cost provided a written request is submitted to the conference secretariat before 20 October 2023

Consent for photos and video recording

You hereby consent to have your photo/likeness/recordings posted publicly and on social media and agree to waive rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the possible use of the images
