  • Any cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to contactgms2@ia-meetings.com no later than 31st August 2023.
  • Cancellation made after 31st August 2023 are non-refundable.
  • Refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the registration fee.
  • Refund will be processed within 30 days after the summit.
  • Substitutions to paid registration are permitted at all times.
