Registration Cancellation/Refund and other Policy:

  • Any cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to contact@gms3.in cc: sdas@zinc.org no later than 15 June 2026.
  • Cancellation made after 30 June 2026 are non-refundable.
  • Transfer of names allowed until 5 July 2026.
  • Refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the registration fee.
  • Refund will be processed within 30 days after the summit.
  • By registering for this event, you consent to the use of your photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes and publications on event website.
