Kindly be informed that Airport Transfers will be provided from Indira Gandhi International Airport to Hotel in Aerocity and return. The rates below include Parking, Toll, and all relevant Taxes.

Cancellation Policy - Transfers

  • Cancellation received before 28 March 2025 – 50% of charges

  • Cancellation received withing15 days onwards till conference dates – 100% of total charges

  • Transaction fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
