Terms and conditions:​

  1. This is a group booking for PGPR (Prince George’s Park Residence) rooms reserved for 2D TMDs 2026 participants.​

  2. Check-in and check-out dates are fixed: check-in on 28 June; check-out on 2 July.​

  3. Charges are fixed for 4 nights, regardless of actual key collection or return dates.​

    1. Standard room (shared bathroom): S$320 total for 4 nights​

    2. Premium room (en-suite bathroom): S$412 total for 4 nights​

  1. All rooms must be checked out by 12:00 pm on 2 July. No extensions are possible due to the group booking arrangement.​

  2. Room rates do NOT include breakfast. ​

  3. Group key collection will take place during conference pre‑registration on the afternoon of 28 June. The exact time will be announced closer to the date.​

  4. If you wish to collect your key after the group collection, please indicate your preferred date and estimated time in the “Remarks” field. Key collection is only available during office hours(9:00 am – 6:00 pm) as it is handled by our student helpers.

The Prince George’s Park (PGP) is located on the eastern end of the Kent Ridge Campus and is within close proximity to Science Park and Kent Ridge MRT Station.

Prince George’s Park Residence room booking Terms and Conditions

1. Governing Law, Campus Regulations and Prohibited Conduct 

1.1. All Guests shall comply with the laws of Singapore and all National University of Singapore (NUS) regulations while on NUS premises.

1.2. NUS reserves the right to deny access to, or evict, any Guest who fails to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or campus policies.

The following are strictly prohibited on NUS premises:

  1. Smoking and Vaping
    • Smoking is not allowed on campus.
    • Vaping, (including e-vaporisers) are prohibited in Singapore.
    • NUS adopts a zero-tolerance policy and may refer offenders to the relevant authorities.
  1. Illicit Drugs and Controlled Substances
  • Possession, use, or consumption of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited and will be referred to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB).
  • Etomidate-laced e-vaporisers are classified as Class-C controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act (MDA).

c) Alcohol and Gambling

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited in hostel premises and unauthorised areas.
  • Gambling in any form is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Restricted Activities

 

The Guests shall not

2.1. Impersonate NUS, its staff, or falsely represent any affiliation with NUS.

2.2. Issue certificates or documents bearing the NUS name and/or logo without prior written approval.

2.3. Use NUS premises for unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Political activities or fundraising
  • Religious discourse or proselytising
  • Incitement to violence, hate speech, or criminal acts
  • Dissemination of discriminatory or sectarian viewpoints
  • Protests or demonstrations
  • Parties or unauthorised gatherings
  • Gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, NUS networks or systems.
  • Post, promote, or transmit R21-rated or prohibited materials, except approved academic sessions for authorised delegates.
  • Interfere with the general use and enjoyment of campus common areas.
  • Use illegal software or materials containing viruses, malicious code, or harmful components.

 

3. Facilities Usage Rules 

3.1. Any facilities rented or booked within NUS premises shall be subject to the specific rules, regulations, and usage conditions applicable to the respective location, venue, or facility owner/operator. A copy of the rules and regulations will be shared separately when applicable.

3.2. The Guests must comply with all venue-specific operating rules, safety requirements, and capacity limits as stipulated by NUS or the relevant facility management unit.

 

4. Force Majeure 

4.1. Force Majeure includes events beyond 2D TMDs 2026 Organizing Committee’s and/or NUS’s control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, and power failures.

4.2. If the event cannot be held due to Force Majeure, NUS shall not be liable, and the Organizer shall not be entitled to refunds, compensation, damages, or legal recourse.

 

5. Key Housing Guidelines 

5.1. All guests must comply with NUS housing guidelines. Please visit Prince George’s Park (PGP) – CEU for more information.

5.2. Guests below sixteen (16) years old require prior approval.

5.3. Common areas within Residences are limited; guests are encouraged to use campus F&B outlets and open spaces.

5.4. Laundry facilities are available; ironing equipment, hair dryers, and in-room refrigerators are not provided.

5.5. Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.; check-out is before 12:00 p.m.; late check-out is not available.

5.6. Lost key cards will incur a replacement fee of SGD32.

 

6. Cancellation Policy 

6.1. Free cancellation for booking until 14 May 2026.

6.2. Strictly no refund for cancellation after 15 May 2026.
